1. The service
KooLink lets you shorten URLs and share them, and shows estimated earnings based on the views your short links receive. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for every link you create. You agree not to misuse the service, not to create links to unlawful or harmful content, and to comply with all applicable laws. We may disable or ban accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use & link takedown
You may not use KooLink to distribute malware, phishing, illegal content, spam, or anything that endangers visitors. We monitor destinations and act on abuse reports: links that violate these terms may be disabled or banned, and repeat offenders may lose their accounts.
4. Earnings are estimated
Earnings shown in your dashboard are estimates based on legitimate views and a flat placeholder rate. They do not represent money owed and are not payable until we activate the earnings program. Fraudulent or artificial views are excluded and do not count toward earnings.
5. No payouts yet
At this stage KooLink does not process or pay out earnings. Any future payout feature will be governed by additional terms, a payout policy, and (where required) identity verification. Nothing here obligates us to make payments before that feature is live.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the last 12 months (which is $0 while the service is free).
